Just look at any advertised diet program. None of them will tell you their program is the slow way to lose weight. The problem with these programs isn’t so much the methods that they teach people or the foods that they tell people to eat but the mentality they put people in. You see, losing weight while doing it in a healthy manner, takes time. The only reason why these programs will tell your words like “lose weight fast” is because that’s how they get you to buy. Quit looking for shortcuts and you’ll reach your goals.
