Just as black is a favorite color with most women, white tight pants too are very popular. Since white is a neutral color, you can wear any colored top with these pants. Basically, a dark colored top would create contrast with the white trouser. Orange and red tops would look great on white pant.  Black top would look too, but it is better to opt for some lively colors.  White tights feel quite comfortable especially in summer. One thing that needs special mention with white pants is the color of the panties. Never commit the mistake of wearing dark colored panties with white trousers. These pants are transparent and if you wear dark colored panties or panties with a seam, then it will be a horrible sight.
