<li>cinnamon</li>
<li>grapefruit</li>
<li>egg whites</li>
<li>green veggies</li>

<p>There are various reasons why these are considered fat burning foods ranging from the amount of calories that are burned during digestion to the ability of some of these foods to actually help regulate insulin release. All of these foods, however, can easily be incorporated into almost any diet plan.</p>
