Are you looking for a list of foods that burn fat? I think this is a funny question and what I can say about is that it is true that some foods are going to work better than others towards fat loss, but to really burn fat you are going to have to exercise too! Do not forget this! With that being said, here are some top fat-burning foods that you can add to your diet:

  • white meat fish
  • low-fat, high-calcium dairy
  • cinnamon
  • grapefruit
  • egg whites
  • green veggies

There are various reasons why these are considered fat burning foods ranging from the amount of calories that are burned during digestion to the ability of some of these foods to actually help regulate insulin release. All of these foods, however, can easily be incorporated into almost any diet plan.
