P90x – The Perfect Solution to Your New Years Fitness Goals!

Chances are, working out and getting into shape is not at the forefront of your mind right now. The unfortunate reality is that most of us have a hard time sticking to our diets during the holiday season and finding the time to work out can seem all but impossible. We are all so over committed that adding one more thing to your to do list can be more than just a little bit overwhelming! Even if you are not ready to take action right now, it is a good idea to start thinking about how you are going to deal with your excess weight. This is basically just the idea that if you keep changing up your workout plans and the order in which you do exercises you will be able to avoid the dreaded plateau and see results more quickly. The p90x nutrition plan is also an important part of the program. It involves a three phase diet plan where you gradually increase the amount of carbohydrates that you are consuming. Unlike many diet plans a heavy emphasis is placed on eating enough, because with the intensity of the workouts it is important to fuel your body or you will burn out.
