My Workouts

For the majority of time that I have been working out I have been doing very high intensity resistance training. I did play some basketball and golf when I was younger, but when it came time to really choose what to do, bodybuilding and most of all the fitness lifestyle was my choice. I never reall was an endurance athlete. I could not understand the people who bought a cheap treadmill and filled their lives with hours of senseless jogging. I need to have a rush when I am working out. I need to feel the blood pumping in my muscles. Running was always too simple for me because I like to plan my exercises and make them as scientifically valid as possible. Simply doing a 5 mile jog a few times a week is not enough.
