Ibiza has be known for a long time as somewhere for teenagers to visit who want to sample the world renowned night life, and until recently that was pretty much all you could do there. However in the last few years it has been trying to change its image into somewhere that is much more suitable for families.
The reason it an cater to both tastes is that there are plenty of different resorts that aim to provide different needs. For example some towns have many resorts that are purely for young people on a holiday for the night lift, while other resorts cater almost exclusively for families. Of course there is some overlap and you should take your time when looking for villas to rent in Ibiza to make sure it is for you.
