How to Jump Higher: Plyometric Exercises

If you want to know how to jump higher plyometric exercises are the thing for you.  Plyos are workouts that are made for one thing and that’s to make you quicker.  It’s all about speed and strength when it comes to jumping.  The faster you can produce the strength, the more power you will generate.  You can have the strongest legs in the world but if you don’t have any speed you won’t be able to jump any higher than a person with no leg strength.  The same works with someone that only has fast legs but no strength.  Since jumping is a combination of both strength and speed it only makes sense that the ideal way to train your legs is with strength training program and a speed plyometric program.
