A friend of mine has been without window coverings on his house for months now. He’s a real bargain hunter, and he insists on looking at every single shop within a 50 mile radius of his house before making a decision on where he is going to buy. Not only that, but he recently discovered the world of shopping online, so he’ll spend hours and hours at blind websites, scouring the world wide web for the best price. It drives me crazy, because all I can think of is all that wasted time.
Anyway, he finally decided on a discount window blind for his living room, and before you know it, it’s delivered by a guy who has come to install it. You could have knocked me down with a feather, here he is, trying to save every penny possible, and he could have saved a few hundred bucks by doing it himself. Anyway, his blinds look great and I don’t think I’ll be saying anything to him, otherwise he may start the whole process again.
