The categories of exercise health fitness are all areas of great importance to many people.  Exercise is planned physical activity designed to better ones overall health.  Fitness can be measured in many different ways to determine ones health.  Living a healthy lifestyle is something that Americans struggle with.  Cardiovascular disease is the number one killer in the United States and it’s a very fixable disease for most people.  The fact is that most people are sedentary and eat too much fat in their diets.  Heart disease can prevented for most people with minor changes in their diets.  Simply consuming fish twice a week will raise HDL levels in your body which will in turn decrease the risk for heart disease.  Cholesterol can be controlled with simple exericse and food choices.
