Many styles of director chairs have sprouted in most parts of the country throughout the decade. Each of these chairs carries its own unique and distinct appeal. In most brands, the classical director chair is manufactured with standards akin to other furniture sets using high quality materials and processes. Good quality lumber such as the ever famous teak is often used to make the frames of these chairs because of its natural shade. Furthermore, a very strong yet elegant fabric is usually used for its seat pan and back support which can be highly resistant to discoloration. However, in other designs, a stainless tubular steel frame may be used to give it a solid look which is typical in metallic objects. Most designs of director chairs are designed in such a way that they can be foldable much like their outdoor folding chair counterparts.
